For 1 cocktail you will need:

2 ounces of soju

2 cloves of garlic

Salt and pepper

Worcestershire sauce

2 ounces Kimchi Juice (either store bought or the excess juice that the kimchi sits in)

2 Kimchi Leaves

About 4 ounces of Tomato Juice or Bloody Mary Mix (depends on the size of the glass)

Ice

1. In a glass, place the cloves of garlic and smash to release the aromas and flavor.

2. Then, add your 2 ounces of soju (we recommend something that is flavorless).

3. Next, add the kimchi juice along with a healthy dose of pepper and a pinch of salt.

4. Lastly, you will fill the cup up with ice and top with Bloody Mary mix (or tomato juice).

5. Stir the drink really well, if you have a cocktail shaker that is best. Once you have mixed all of the ingredients together you will garnish with a stalk or two of kimchi.
